day22 Fiber: Karakul/Gotland/Rambouillet fleece (“Mr. Onery”) from Lowder Colours Farm.
Carded into batts and spun semi-woolen.
Weight: pending.
Yardage: roughly 900 yards.
WPI / TPI: 16wpi, ca 5tpi, 2-ply.
Spun on: Rose
Date: August 2010.  This fleece had the most eclectic set of locks I’ve ever seen.  In order to preserve as much of the fiber as possible, they were carded into batts.  The batts were then attenuated and spun semi-woolen.  The finished yarn was dyed with a combination of colors for a not-quite-solid olive green (yes, I wanted the variation).
