. . . is a very large island off the western coast of middle-Norway. It’s not quite due west of Trondheim, and while I admit I’m not keen on the hassle of getting there (twisty roads = car sick) or on hauling stuff from the car to the cabin (no path, all uphill = a lot of panting and pausing along the way) or on the lack of running water once I get there, I do enjoy being there. It’s a quiet space and truly lovely.
